What's in the Werks at Denwerks?

So we've been getting asked "whats in the Werks at Denwerks?" Well currently we have 3 cars up for auction so if you haven't checked them out the links are at the bottom of the page. but Fear not! We have more on the way. Check out the cars below!

1965 Volkswagen Convertible

This Beetle was manufactured by Volkswagen from 1938 to 2003 (now known as the Bug). The Beetle's concept was to be an economy car which was formulated by Adolf Hitler. Hitler wanted a cheap simple car to be mass produced for his newly invented highway-system (The Reichsautobahn system) which is still used today. The Result was Volkswagen's First vehicle; one of the first rear-engine driving cars, the longest running model car, AND manufactured car of all time!

1974 Gremlin 401 - XR

The Gremlin was first introduced by AMC (American Motor Company) in 1970. The Two door Gremlin was marketed from 1970 - 1978 (1974 - 1978 In Mexico.) Gremlins were considered economy cars Throughout the 1970's and competed with Toyota's Corolla and Volkswagen's Beetle. The Gremlin reached a total production of 671,475 over a single generation.

This Gremlin in particular is a rare piece. This was built by the Randall's themselves a few years back. Check out their Facebook page here if your interested.

1968 Chevrolet Impala

The Impala was manufactured by Chevrolet from 1958 to today. Through 1965 the Impala was Chevrolet's most expensive passenger model and was the best selling vehicle for America during it's time. The Impala has also become more popular recently thanks to CW's Hit TV show Supernatural. The main character drives a 67 Impala. Chevrolet has been in production since 1911. Another cool fact I learned; the Impala is also named after a type of Gazelle which is an impala.
