Eastern States Motor oil existed in the early 19th century, and later was merged with Quaker State Motor oil. In the early 1900s there were a number of small, independent oil companies like Eastern States that were part of the Eastern States Farmer’s Exchange.
 
We have seen rare vintage motor oil cans in very nice condition like this one trend higher in the marketplace over the years and the collectibility continues to rise.
