This is a fun gift, it's a 17 inch tall salesman sample windmill.  It is made of metal, has a ladder on it.  These were used in the 60s era.  You can see some age and some imperfection in the metal struts, it's minor in our opinion, take a look.  The windmill does spin.  This would be fun as a display piece.

Take a look and don't hesitate to reach out if you have questions.
