This is a neat piece, it is an Atlas Battery Cable Sign display. We bought this from a retired Shell/Signal gas station in Dallas, Oregon. They operated until the late 1960s, and the owner’s daughter called us to come look at her collection. It was like walking back in time to an old school gas station and repair shop and this display was there, still hanging on the walls after all these years. Measurements: 20 inches wide x 8 inches tall It shows its age, some paint fade, wear and paint transfer around the edges, but still has all its hooks on it. There are a few dings in it and it has pre-drilled holes at the top two corners for hanging it. Atlas primarily operated from the 1950s to the 1980s.
