These are very neat vintage bathroom signs. 
 
The "top hat" and "dress" bathroom icons were popularized in the 1960s and 1970s as part of a global, minimalist signage shift to bridge language barriers These signs are probably from the 1970s era
 
They are plastic and show some minor wear on the logos.
